Are you interested in managing transport data that will help make a difference to the travelling public in Greater Manchester? 


Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) are seeking a highly motivated Data Quality Officer. In this role you will join the Central Data Maintenance (CDM) team, helping the team to deliver multiple data sets, in a variety of formats and to conflicting deadlines. This is a fast paced and varied role, the data we produce feeds multiple customer focused areas, from journey planners to passenger information displays.


As a Data Quality Officer, you will be tasked with delivering specific datasets. You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure information is complete and that the datasets produced meet the requirements of both TfGM and stakeholders.  You will also be responsible for the management of various procurement, financial and project data. 


You will ideally have experience of public transport data and a sound knowledge of the Greater Manchester transport network. The ability to interoperate complex data and ensuring its accuracy is essential, regardless of time, resource or external pressures.

This is a 12 month fixed term role with a salary of £27,582 - £32,269 per annum. We also offer a range of fantastic benefits, such as:
