We are looking to recruit an Occupational Therapist within the Choices for Living Well Service, based at Killelea House, Brandlesholme Road Bury. 

This is an exciting time to join the service which has recently undergone a reconfiguration programme to merge and enhance the existing Reablement and Intermediate care service into one. Within this newly created service you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team completing assessments and implementing interventions for people with a wide range of health conditions. You will manage a complex caseload both within the bed based unit and in the community. With the emphasis being focused on rehab, maintaining independence and meeting customer needs. You will be required to prioritise workload, complete detailed reports as well as making recommendations for equipment and minor adaptations. You will work closely with a wide range of partner agencies to meet the needs of the customer.

You will need a flexible approach to the working week as our service is provided over seven days. The average working week will be 37 hours including some evenings and weekends.
