Location: Chorley & South Ribble Borough Councils
Salary:
o 1st year apprentices - legal minimum wage rate for over 23 regardless of age on
appointment (£9.50 per hour)
o 2nd year apprentices - Real Living Wage (£9.90 per hour)
Hours/Working pattern: Full time 36.25 hours

We have a number of exciting Apprenticeship opportunities that will enable you to work towards a Customer Services or Revenues & Benefits qualification learning on the job, developing your knowledge and skills whilst gaining a qualification and earning at the same time.

About you
You will have excellent customer care and analytical skills with the ability to plan and prioritise efficiently and process your work to the highest level of accuracy. If you can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge do not miss this opportunity.

Shared Services
We share a number of our services with Chorley Council.
Shared services allows for improved resilience across both councils and provides numerous benefits to our operations and in turn our service to our residents. It also provides significant cost savings for both councils.
Some roles we advertise will be shared services roles, meaning the successful applicant, while will be employed by one council, will work across both South Ribble and Chorley authorities.
