Grade PO-C (£35,411 - £38,296) Full time (36.25 hours) post
Casual Car User with Leased Car Option

We are looking for a full time senior planner to join our team.

You will be self-motivated and will be responsible for a caseload of planning applications, development enquiries and appeals across the Borough. You will need to be computer literate and knowledge of Uniform (Idox) would be beneficial.

You will also need to be a good communicator, customer focussed and be able to negotiate and support the Council to achieve its ambitions for the growth of the borough, and in continuing to make Chorley an attractive and aspirational place to live, to work, to invest and to visit.
