Position Title: Senior Framework Manager
Salary: Grade 9 £37,306 to £41,025 (Bar at £40,057) per annum
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Town Hall Extension, off Mount Street, City Centre, Manchester, M2 5DB

The North West Construction Hub is an innovative construction procurement vehicle that addresses the procurement needs of its clients and responds to their constraints with flexible procurement processes and methodologies. We arelooking to recruit a suitably qualified Senior Framework Manager to join the North West Construction Hub team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Frameworks Lead and Business Development Manager in engaging with existing and new Clients to provide support with their procurement options for contractor services. They will also promote the benefits of the NWCH Frameworks, provide technical and commercial support on framework operation and compliance.

Technical Skills:
  • Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager or Business Management in Construction Environment. 
  • Experience in construction procurement of projects (essential) and of frameworks  (desirable). 
  • Experience in guiding clients and advising them on different procurement options for specific projects. Understanding of public sector construction challenges and market trends. 
  • A proven track record of contract management, commercial and benchmarking activities to drive best practice. 
  • Experience in procuring and delivering projects via two stage procurement. 
  • Ability to identify patterns and trends that may impact on decisions and propose realistic conclusions identifying the risks and any assumptions made.  
  • Very strong problem-solving skills, ability to find solutions.
