An opportunity has arisen to join the Special Educational Needs team as a Education, Health and Care Coordinator. You will be responsible for the statutory needs assessment process for children aged 0-16 working alongside a number of inclusion support services, health and social care, as well as working with Parents/ Carers and Schools.
This post will support the existing team on a temporary basis until March 2022.
The successful applicant’s appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment clearances including a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
This post is also open as secondment opportunity for Stockport Council Employees, however, you must seek the permission of your current manager prior to making an application.
