This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has passion, drive and a dedication to their own development in a career working with young children.

Partington Day Nursery is a happy, vibrant and inclusive day nursery in the heart of the community which aims to meet the needs of all children. The nursery is run by the local authority and has been judged outstanding in all areas by Ofsted.

The role of the Childcare Worker is to provide a safe, stimulating environment for children to explore and develop considering their individual needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join our team. You will need to hold a Level 3 early years qualification such as Early Years Educator, NVQ 3, NNEB, BTEC. You must have previously worked in a daycare setting with experience of planning for individual children and reviewing them on a regular basis.

In return we can offer an exciting and supportive working environment in an outstanding childcare setting where no two days are the same. You will be encouraged to access training and personal development opportunities to advance your career, in addition to a generous pay, benefits and holiday package.

The nursery is open from 7.30am until 6.00pm and full time staff work their hours over 4 weekdays on a rota system. This means flexibility is essential, but just imagine what you could do with one free day off work each week in addition to the weekend! If you are interested in a part time position then please contact us to discuss how the hours can be covered.

In addition to bank holidays, full time staff gets 25 days leave per year, increasing to 30 days leave after you have worked with us for 5 years. Leave allowances are pro rata for part time staff.

If you would like any further information about the role or you would like to come and have a look round our nursery please contact Carolann Loghan, Nursery Manager on 0161 912 2210, Please contact the Nursery to book a time slot for your visit.

To apply please send your CV and covering letter (stating how you meet the essential requirements we are looking for) to by 10am on 18th January 2019.
