Salary - Band 3 £19,171 to £21,166 (pro-rata for part-time positions)
Working Pattern – Part Time & Full Time
Working hours – 4 positions available 18.13 to 36.25 hours per week

About the Role
As Customer Service Advisor within Trafford Libraries, you’ll be part of team that works across different libraries. The core library service provides access to books, information and a range of activities, both in libraries and online. This role will also require you to provide a face to face service for Council Services including Council Tax, Benefits, Planning, Waste Management and Parking Services and will also involve working on a busy reception desk.
Flexibility will be required to across all open hours, which are 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday. There may be occasions where work is required outside of these hours.
