ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER
NJC GRADE 4 (Point 7 £20,092 to Point 11 £21,748)
36.25 hours per week, all year round

St Ambrose College has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager.

The successful candidate will work with the Site Manager to ensure the building and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and in good working order. The successful candidate will be keyholder and will be responsible for the security of the building, and fire safety.

The role will involve shift patterns of 11.30am to 7.30pm. There is also a requirement to work on a Saturday during the rugby season, in order to accommodate fixtures. These will be rotated amongst the site team.

Previous caretaking experience is not essential. Part-time alternatives will be considered.
