Temporary for 12 months
We are seeking a HR professional, with solid HR capacity experience at the level of an Assistant HR Business Partner. You will be responsible for the delivery of transformational programmes across a range of complex employee relation matters and key projects.
Utilising your extensive HR knowledge, experience and expertise you will be responsible for providing professional direction and resolution in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
You will identify and undertake cross functional working, adopting a collaborative partnership approach in engaging key stakeholders to enable successful delivery of the HR Operations function, HR & OD function and support wider organisational and strategic objectives.
You will be able to confidently break down problems and provide business focused solutions, whilst assessing any potential risk to the customer and/or the Council.
We are passionate about providing an excellent HR and OD service to our customers which include Wigan Council, schools, academies and partner organisations.
