Pay rate: £17,391 - £18,672 pa
Are you a confident and enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication skills? If the answer is ‘yes’ then we have an exciting opportunity for you! A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to work within our friendly Operational Repairs and Maintenance Team. You will be the first point of contact by telephone, email, text and in person from members of the public and Health and Social Care professionals. You will be responsible for providing advice and support relating to repairs for Blackpool Council’s housing stock and privately owned properties of the most vulnerable residents within Blackpool.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team, be competent to use IT systems including Microsoft applications. You will possess good organisational and time management skills and be able to prioritise your own workloads.
You must have 3 GCSE’s or equivalent to include Maths and English and have a flexible approach to working arrangements to meet service demands. Experience of working in a call centre is also desirable.
