Team Manager (Social Care Benefit Team)

Salary: Grade G SCP 25 - 28 £33,945 - £36,648

We are seeking a dynamic team manager to oversee our Social Care Benefits team, guiding them in accurately assessing financial contributions for care costs, communicating with clients and their representatives, and efficiently recovering outstanding amounts.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and a commitment to customer-centered service. They should possess excellent communication skills and be adept at navigating changing priorities with ease.
