Job Title – Exchequer Services Administrator

Team – Exchequer Services

Hours – 37 per week

Grade D, scp6 £23,893 to scp11 £25,979 per annum

Contract – Permanent

The Role

Working in a busy office environment you will be part of our Exchequer Services Team, providing a payroll and pensions service to council staff and school staff across Bolton, and an accounts payable service for the council. The role involves processing data, calculating payments, running reports and dealing with enquiries.

Job Description

About You

Are you a good communicator with excellent customer service skills? You’ll be task focused and motivated to get the job done.  Previous experience in a financial role is not essential as training will be provided, but you’ll need to be able to follow instructions and work to strict deadlines. Knowledge or experience of managing data electronically will be an advantage.
