Teaching Assistant Level 2

Grade D (4) Pay Scale point 6 (£19 171) – 11 (£21 166) pro rata

Castle Hill School are looking for an enthusiastic and committed teaching assistant (Level 2) to join our motivated and hard-working team from April 2019.  The position is a full time role (33.75 hours per week) on a fixed term contract  until 31st July 2020.  This role will largely consist of 1:1 support.

You will:

·         Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour that inspire and challenge all children

·         Take an interest in new ideas to enhance children’s learning. 

·         Be creative and committed to making learning fun and engaging for all

·         Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour

·         Be willing to play a full part in the life of the school

·         Work in partnership with staff, parents, governors and the wider community for the good of our children
