Team: Homeless and housing options service

1 full-time, fixed term post until March 31st 2025 – possibility of extension

37 hours

Salary - Grade 9, £29,269 to £32,076 per annum

Homelessness and Housing Options Service

An exciting opportunity has become available to be based within our homeless and housing options service as a Rough Sleepers Outreach Worker providing support to all our rough sleepers.

The post holder will a provide support to clients who are rough sleeping, those at risk and provide them with safe accommodation. This includes outreach to sleep site, drop ins and one to one support.

The post holder will Liaise and maintain positive relationships with housing providers, custody, probation, and other key partners to work together to meet needs of rough sleepers.

To attend all partnership and pathway meetings.
