Teachers’ Pay and Conditions.

Salary:  Commensurate with experience

Start date: 1st September 2024

Contract length: Permanent & fixed term positions

We are excited to announce that we have a number of Class Teacher vacancies in Early Years and other year groups.

  • ● Enthusiasm, resilience and the ability to think imaginatively
  • ● An understanding of learners’ needs and how to support them to reach their full potential
  • ● Experience of working with EAL children
  • ● Fun, hard-working and able to work as part of a dynamic team
  • ● An interest in leading a subject including Music, Design & Technology and PSHE.

Located close to the city centre, Park View is a vibrant, friendly school, serving a diverse community in an area of Manchester which is undergoing change and development. The community we serve is culturally and linguistically diverse and the children enthusiastic and keen to learn. The above post will be subject to enhanced DBS checks, satisfactory references and will be exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

Short listing – Friday 10th May

Interviews – Thursday 16th May or Friday 17th May

Please note that the Childcare Disqualifications Regulations 2009 apply to this position and therefore you may be required to complete the “Childcare Disqualification” declaration form. Should you be successful in your application for this post, your appointment can not be progressed without this.  

Please also note that from the 1st July, Park View will be joining the Wise Owl Trust. This is a fast paced, innovative Trust that fits our ethos of being passionate about giving our children the best education. They are currently 4 other primary academies in the Trust;
