Position Title: Supervising Social Worker - Fostering
Salary: Grade 7 £30,984 to £34,373 (Bar at £33,486) per annum

We are looking for Supervising Social Workers to join our Fostering Service. We are aiming to recruit exceptional Social Workers to supervise, support and assess our carers in Manchester.
In Manchester we are on an ambitious journey to raise the aspirations and experience of our children and young people in family based care. We are looking for individuals who are skilled in this area and committed to achieving great outcomes for our children.
We currently have positions on the Recruited Foster Care Team , Connected Care and SGO Team and Private Fostering role.
This post requires a Social Worker Qualification and Social Work England Registration.
This post is a designated Essential Car User. Therefore you must hold a full valid driving licence at all times and provide your own car for use at work. You will receive the Essential Car User Allowance.
The post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (amended in 2013). Appointable candidates will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
