We currently have a number of exciting roles within our Resources and Transformation directorate at Salford City Council, playing a key role in shaping the future of the council and how we deliver services to our residents. The roles will sit within the Organisation Development team to enable us to continue to build on our success and bring new experience, knowledge, and ideas into the team.

What will you be doing?
Reporting into an OD and Culture Change Lead you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a programme of key strategic projects and transformation required to develop the organisation and its people. This is an exciting new role, and you will be expected to:
