Salary: Grade 5, £24,702 - £27,334 per annum.

37 hours annualised

Permanent

Your role:

You will be responsible for delivering safe, fun and interactive activity sessions in the lake district whilst staying compliant with current health and safety standards. This role will also include the maintenance of equipment, cleaning tasks on site.

You will also be involved in the delivery of high-quality activity sessions to schools, community groups and the public. You will be regularly working as part of a team so excellent teamwork skills are required as well as being able to work on your own initiative.

About you
:

You will be an enthusiastic person who leads by example, you will have a vast knowledge in the activities delivered and will be confident to lead a group on offsite activities. You will have a vast experience in teaching outdoor activities.

We are an established and well respected outdoor adventure team in Wigan who operate a water sports centre and a High ropes. We also run the Wigan Bikeability programme alongside the outdoor adventure. This is a new venture for us in the Lake district of which we’re passionate about making the best use of the facility for Wigan based personnel.
