We are proud to have achieved the Defence Employer Recognition Gold Award. This recognises the positive work we do as an organisation to support the Armed Forces Community. We fully support our colleagues who are existing members or who wish to join the reservists with an additional 10 days paid special leave. We also have a guaranteed interview scheme in place for ex-military and commit to offering an interview to any ex-military personnel who meets the essential criteria for the post, where the Armed forces was their last long term substantive employer and they have been looking for employment for between 6-24 months since leaving the Armed Forces.
