Job Title: Key Stage 1 teacher

Salary: Main scale £30,000-£41,333

Working Hours: Full Time 32.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Term Time Only

Contract Type:  Fixed Term- (to cover Maternity Leave up to July 2025)

Start date: 1^st September 2024

We are looking for an exceptional Key Stage 1 teacher to join our dedicated team to cover a maternity leave and teach one of our Year 1 classes.

We require someone who: 

  Has excellent classroom practice with an understanding of how children learn.

 Has strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

 Has a clear educational philosophy, vision and high expectations. 

 Has knowledge and experience of working with Read Write Inc. Phonics.

 Has experience and knowledge of the National Curriculum and the SEND Code of Practice.

 Has a passion to ensure every child succeeds and reaches their full potential.

Is committed, motivated and enthusiastic and is able to demonstrate a commitment to CPD.

Enjoys working as part of a team, is committed to after school sports and activities and the wider curriculum and to working alongside parents.
